2020 changed the way audiences watch theatre, this meant changing how performances were viewed. COVID-19 stopped audiences from going to theatres to watch their favourite productions, but that has not stopped the theatres, we have concluded that if the audience cannot come to us, we will bring the theatre to them by live streaming the production.  I look at the components of live streaming a performance and started the LAMDA Streaming department.

This part of the training was not in the teaching program, I just started it because I was doing my final year and needed a project to hand in with my thesis, and streaming was still very new to the theatre industry and I was one of 30 people in the world who decided to stream live performances .

LAMDA SOUND DEPARTMENT

As a LAMDA student one is required to specialise in all departments  be it stage management, construction, sound or lighting. I took all except stage management. 

LAMDA gives young old and all worlds of life a chance to train in "west end standard" theatre spaces.
